TOFT offers participation in all phases, from idea to profit or gain – and can during the entire process bring in valuable know-how, manpower and experience. We can thus in practical terms assist in the areas of strategic development, financing, the development of resources and expertise, build-up of sales and market development. As one of only a few in the market, we participate actively in the projects in which we are involved. Among other things we write business plans, conduct presentations to and negotiate with investors, train and manage sales departments etc.
TOFT focuses on two types of companies:
A) Newly started or small companies that are based on a visionary point of departure, plan to become leaders in their field, and which due to technology and/or know-how have a real possibility for obtaining a lasting position in the market.
B) Medium companies desiring to develop and expand their activities to new markets.
TOFT works as partner, investor or consulting advisor on the projects in which we are engaged. TOFT is active in Europe, Scandinavia and North America.
